Customer Satisfaction

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days.  At our discretion, we may arrange to replace it or refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.

Quality and customer satisfaction are important values at MySportSocks. You may be asked to return the product to us for inspection and/or send photos so that we can conduct further quality control investigations to ensure another fault does not occur.  This does not cover general wear and tear.

Change of Mind

Our range is made-to-order and personalised to your preferences, so we are unable to offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind.

Incorrect Personalised Spelling

We cannot provide a refund or exchange where a typing error has occurred by the customer when ordered via our website.  Please ensure all details are correct before completing your checkout. Our website is set up to automatically process your order as soon as it is placed, we cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has been submitted.

If you receive an incorrectly spelt product from us, and the error has been made on our behalf, we will reorder the product and post it to you free of charge. Please contact us if this occurs.

Faulty Products

If you believe you have received a faulty product, please contact us within 14 days of the date of purchase to arrange a refund or exchange. If outside this timeframe, please contact us to discuss possible solutions.

Where you believe you have received an incorrect product, please contact our team to discuss all options available to you.

Returns Procedure

Please contact us if a return is needed. We will be able to advise you on the correct procedure.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.  Please keep the receipt.
